I think there's 'support' and 'support'. It may work with the vBulletin software but we won't get any support from vBulletin (the service which we've paid for) if we mess things up in some way.It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
