Are avatars the images beside members' names? If they aren't working I'm rather disappointed - Mary's rose seems so appropriate - lovely & fragrant. Bryn's dashing gentleman on a horse also seems to suit one's idea of him. I suppose they must have been randomly assigned by the programme - so clever of it!

Flosshilde, you just upload an avatar from My Pictures on your computer via the settings thread. It mustn't be above a certain size.
