I think it's possible to do both of these.

If you use a sending tool, such as WeTransfer, you can send a copy of any fairly large file to yourself - or indeed anyone whose email id you know. If you send to yourself, you can then post the code on a site, and it should give access for about 7 days, without disclosing your identify.
If you want to post for longer periods you may need to use other methods, such as finding a hosting site. Youtube should work, though you would have to comply with size and format requirements for that site, as well as any copyright or other commercial constraints.

If you look at the box for submission to this forum, you'll spot an icon for videos to the right of the fourth tool box on the second row of ions. You should see a list of possible sites,including Hulu, Vimeo, Youtube, Dailymotion, Facebook, Google and Metacafe.
