A great honour - thanks ff and Cali....Only just posting on this thread after a traumatic end to the day - A&E, Mrs T, fall, long story - but all as well as can be expected this morning, back home and taking it easy. Ambulance and A&E staff outstanding, needless to say. And I was amazed to learn that CT scans are bounced to Australia for analysis (from our hospital at any rate), with only a 3 hour delay....who knew? Some calming Dowland beckons....
PS My private message skills seem to be faulty. I have tried unsuccessfully to send two.
Oh! Congratulations on your elevation.

Many thanks Padraig, messages received (see your PMs) - sorry not to have replied earlier, I was busy with domestic duties. Luckily, I enjoy cooking. And thank you dover, and everybody, for good wishes. Things a lot better today.
I've also been enjoying the Keller Quartet recording of Art of Fugue which arrived from across the pond today, thanks to Richard Barrett's recommendation.

Many thanks Rob. And good luck with your health issues and retirement plans. Getting out every day (in my case with binoculars rather than dogs) the key!
