Thread titles in capitals

It was queried why it was impossible to write LIGO in capitals in the title of a thread on the subject. The software automatically (exasperatingly) reduced it to Ligo. On investigation, the software politely explained that capitals were considered to be SHOUTING. However, it did specify that this applied to words of 4 characters or more. I have altered this to '5 characters or more' to accommodate the present case. The rule will still apply to words of more than 4 letters. Thank you for your understanding

I've just tried to circumvent this by opening a new thread written in capitals, but with a space between each letter:

S H O U T I N G

but it was changed to "S h o u t i n g".

So cheating doesn't work either.
