      Not at all - I think that you and FF are being overly cautious . I think the risk of contempt proceedings is Very low and defamation proceedings when discussing convictions close to nil .

      Then again although the risks are very low It is however FF's forum and it is up to her what rules she wishes to set for it .

            FWIW I'd counsel safety first in these matters. This forum is IMV a highly civilised one and has its own reputation to protect. Online defamation is a tricky area at the best of times.

              There is the possibility that someone named George, Peregrine or Lucinda Mahler might be prosecuted for being naughty, so for safety's sake shouldn't ff ban all mentions of Mahler on the MBs? Thank you...
