making me very wary of the moral and legal integrity of such people
You must be wary of an awful lot of parties, organisations, groups &c, Bryn, if you judge an entire set of people on the basis of one member's (or even of several members') misdeeds (or even misdeed)
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Well, yes, and as with Vince Cable's (in)famous comment about the road being covered with the skid marks of politicians changing direction - it is a particular skill of politicians to enable them to avoid the road crashes which would ensue if they stuck to their policies

Believe it or not I played my very first Stockhausen CD from Llanelli onwards on a train last Friday night.
I had a few halves so I can't remember what Mantra goes like now!

How could you tell when the train noises stopped and the Stockhausen started?

I think on balance I'd rather listen to a train. At least it's going somewhere.....

Played Mantra on the way back from Herne Bay Wetherspoons on Saturday. Still can't recall it.

I must play it on the way to the pub one day rather than on the way back.

MrGongGong, PLEASE would you stop knocking dear Rupert Bear's home village. If you do not, I shall have no alternative to changing my Avatar to one of the characters of the said village.
