This performance, and the one given the other night by Hough have to be my joint favourites of the season so far! The singing was beautiful, as was his pianism, made me chase down some recordings of both of them!I think this might be the approximately the third Proms season I've given any serious attention to. PS, glad the forum is working again, I've missed chatting about music with you all.
