Well that shouldn't be a surprise. People have got a downer on Grove and don't see that he has made some important positive changes. Labour can see that.

Schools where they no longer teach music
Schools where the staff feel so exploited that they don't do school trips any more
The National Plan for Music Education (England) which doesn't contain the word Improvise (isn't that what Bach and Miles did ?)
