Here are some "positive changes" I have witnessed
Schools where they no longer teach music
Schools where the staff feel so exploited that they don't do school trips any more
The National Plan for Music Education (England) which doesn't contain the word Improvise (isn't that what Bach and Miles did ?)
and so on and so on zzzzzzzzzz

but I might be mistaken
but even so
the point is that he is dangerous, arrogant and ignorant and has managed to alienate almost the entire teaching profession !
