Funny how, according to some, the fault is always only on one side. Just take a look back through GG and Amateur's posts on any number of subjects and then think again about exactly who is guilty of abuse.

I hve never felt that abuse is necessary to put forward an argument and, whilst I've not noticed am51 indulging therein, I have on occasion questioned certain expressions from MrGG that sometimes reveal more than mere argument. That does not, however, signify other than that I am far from alone in finding the content of some of your expressions to border on the deplorable, but I do not have to tell you or anyone else that I think you to be some kind of *** *** *** in posting them and, indeed, I have on more than once occasion noted that it's your prerogative to say what you think provided that it's printable. For example, I find your apparent view on the Marine A matter execrable but I'm all in favour of your expressing it provided that you do so - if indeed you must - in terms that are merely despicable rather than despicably expressed by virtue of encompassing personal insults towards other bona fide contributors to debates here.

Why on earth are you complaining about people you claim to be 'ignoring' ?
A big boy did it and ran away ?

This is forum speak for 'I don't agree with you, and there's a whole gang of us who don't agree with you, and that means it's really worser than you think'.

It's not "forum speak"; it's plain English for what I said it was - no more, no less. I have not suggested at any time that Mr Pee should desist from expressing himself as he sees fit here, provided that he adheres to the forum rules and the letter of the law in so doing, whatever I might think of some of what he posts.

                What's "worser", anyway?...

Your comment about GG and amateur's posts remind me of the notice on the cage which says "This Animal is Dangerous. When attacked it defends itself" ----which is exactly what our friends GG and Amateur have done. It's interesting by the way that your interest in music seems to be nil, since I never find you discussing it, or any other R3 subjects, come to that.

If they are unable to engage in debate without resorting to insult, foul language- (in GG's case)- or belittlement, that is their problem. They were the same with Simon and Scotty, both of whom have since left the boards. Make of that what you will, but I think it's pretty clear.

It's clear to me which part of your anatomy you seem to be speaking from ..... if it offends you DON'T read it !
I didn't realise this was the under fives section !

Why not try engaging in some of the conversations about MUSIC ? You never know , you might actually learn something or discover some music that you didn't know existed. Which is a good reason for coming here in the first place.

Do you mean that we should not come to this conclusion; or that we should not be spoken about in such a way that we feel like this?
