No sweetheart, the reason it's in the dungeon is that you've thrown your toys out of the pram and started getting antsy, as I predicted in the OP.
The rest of your responses are of the yah-boo variety and really, life's too short.Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.

I am rather saddened that french frank to appease those who would rather not hear about gay people constantly dumps threads with anything to do with LGBT people in here where they cannot scare the horses .

This is not a free platform for special interest groups - any of them. In my view there is a load of balderdash posted on both sides of ALL these arguments. The only difference is that most of the others (including the anti-Catholic threads) seem to have petered out.It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

When others started objecting to it being on Platform 3, I moved it to allow those who wanted to continue discussing to do so. Any objections to that seem only that it deprives it of 'oxygen' - and if the reason it was posted was to raise the profile, as I have said, it's treated like other subjects that continually get raised - regular anti-immigration threads eventually got banned; anti-EU and anti-French jokes were mainly started by one person who is now banned (for other reasons); if there were such threads as pro-UKIP, proLib Dem - or pro Marxism - being posted by supporters at regular intervals and causing annoyance, they would be moved to. Unlike clapping between movements, trails on Radio 3 and the Eternal Breakfast Debate, none of the topics are connected with Radio 3, but they are removed because of the regularity with which they are raised.

I am saddened to read that human rights is designated apparently as a special interest group.
I note the comment about 'balderdash on both sides' but on this occasion I'm afraid it appears to be present on all three sides.

EDIT: Just saw ff has made a similar point"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

This is not about 'human rights', in general - it is about a right in which you take a special interest and keep raising. The reason that it's the only one that keeps getting moved down here is because, as I said, all the other 'special interest' posters have either given up or left the forum.
What is or is not 'balderdash' in my view and in your view is, again, clearly, a matter of opinion. Some issues have been about gay rights - like the one JLW started about the situation in Russia. But since there are probably only two people on this forum who would dispute the validity of gay rights, with the rest defending them, along with all human rights (and I do recall one or two other who also oppose the concept of human rights altogether) you have, at best a virtually entirely sympathetic audience, at worse people who want to get on with discussing other subjects. It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
