No you#ve just repeated the same old, same old no argument at all. It's always somebody's else's fault and if that person isn't white, so much the better.

I don't think reading and argument are high on the priorities of Game of Thrones fans, sadly.

Coming from somebody who keeps telling others not to make sweeping generalisations, that's a corker.
Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.

I think you better get a move on Peester, you might miss the train and it would be a shame for you to miss the RFH events this weekend........

I was just commenting on what folks seemed to be saying in the INDEPENDENT of all places :Yikes:
Some folks have no empathy at all

Interesting that no one is citing Tebbit and his cycling ideas as something that these folks were doing !

NO one deserves to drown at sea Regardless of who they are .......

Well after going through what she's been through, no wonder she needed something mindless

I never thought I'd see the day when Mr Pee would call up a feminist Australian politician to his aid & comfort.

I wonder what Ms Gillard would say if she knew about it.

As usual, you miss the point entirely, which is that as the PM of Australia, regardless of her political views, Ms. Gillard is clearly more than capable of reading and argument.

And your dismissal of GOT as "mindless" simply shows that you have never watched it, and have no idea of its scope and complexity.

Julia Gillard is not the prime minister of Australia.

Anyone who reckons Game of Thrones to have "scope and complexity" really needs to explore the cultural world a little more.

Sure, but "not paying attention" (at least when it suits not to do so) seems to be par for the course for our Peeblesshire reident, n'est-ce pas?
