    Nuts

According to the Today programme on R4 this morning, David Cameron is in a spot of bother with some after using the term 'nuts'. His critics apparently consider the word to be 'insensitive'.

Couldn't that charge be levelled at the use of similar commonly-used words like 'crazy', 'mad'. 'demented' and 'insane'? Will these be next in line for censorship by our self-appointed language police?

Political Correctness gone totally 'nuts', imv.

      Doolally.
Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.

Did I mention that you should listen to Machine Head at very low volume?
Oh, you already know that .

I wonder what a grand piano would sound like if it were pushed off the cliffs of the Grand Canyon ? (in an omage to La Monte ?)

If the musicians were pushed of the cliff, their next CD would be better.
