          Excuse my ignorance, amateur. I looked it up: The Reverend Pat Storey will become the Most Reverend Pat Storey on enthronement. Then she will be known as The Most Rev Pat Storey Bishop of Meath and Kildare. ( There are only two other Most Revs in the CoI, both archbishops)
          Her see is in the Republic of Ireland. Partition is not an issue. Nor, says Pat Storey, is gender, for her. Nor is it for this Pat.
          I don't know whether she will keep the less formal Pat, rather than Patricia; hence the attempted humour of 'Padraigin'.

                        Unless these get him a large slice of the female vote next time around (which I nevertheless doubt will be the case).
