As this case is currently awaiting retrial, can we very be careful what we say here, please :winkeye:. We don't want any future jury to be checking the meaning of such technical terms by absorbing the wisdom on this forum ...It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

....I do not remember there being so much 'information', being so available to the media so quickly, so often during and immediately at the end of a trial, as has been available lately........have I missed something?bong ching
