I've been on jury service and I found it to be an eye-opener that confirmed my faith in the process.
In both cases that I was involved with, the Judge gave a very clear summing up and made a very clear distinction about what we should and what we should not concern ourselves with. I was delightfully surprised and impressed. :ok:

Yes, I read the article and the ten questions before I responded to your post. I think I might have asked some of the questions myself, had I been on the jury. There's no indication that the questions were asked by the same juror, nor that they were actually posed during the discussion in that form at all - they could have been questions formulated by the foreman (or woman) in response to general comments from some or all of the jurors.
