Headless chickens

Our East Coast train broke down just before Dunkeld. Nobody's direct fault. Train windscreen smashed due to something falling off a tunnel.

What happened next totally chaotic and un coordinated. Now heading for a delay of at least 2 hours. Scotrail seemingly does not talk to East Coast even in exceptional circumstances. A complete lack of coordination and joined up thinking.

Expected arrival at final destination expected - maybe - with a great deal of luck - after 1am - 3 hours late.

Not yet it hasn't. I expect we may have to find an expensive taxi, and then have some aggro claiming the fare back.
