Not only have you astounded us with your complete ignorance of NHS funding regulations and public-sector procurement procedures, you're now moving onto your misunderstanding of the direction and fortunes of UK political parties, keep it up!

I don't know what present idiocy your last post is engaging in but if you are referring to the regulations made under S75 HSCA 2012 - namely the The National Health Service (Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition) (No. 2) Regulations 2013- or what better ought to be known as the License to Privatise and award contracts to Tory party funders regulations I am fully aware of them.

Evidently you are one of those UKIP skydivers :erm:

I am referring to your post a little while ago, when you were criticising the present coalition government (in a very Richard Littlejohn "You couldn't Make it up" fashion), believing that they were responsible for requiring a contracting process for services, when in fact they were duly following EU regulations that govern such matters, and there was no valid criticism of Clegg and Cameron on this matter.

I briefly schooled you in the matter and gave you a link so that you might educate yourself and avoid wild, emotional polemic. I hope you remember.

        Here's another, different link http://www.ojec.com/Directives.aspx

Regarding the NHS funding, you were talking nonsense about the possible extent of private funding options, and again, I schooled you in the matter.

You may have a short memory.

But it's never about what it's about, is it?

You, like many, many others, just want to talk about the UKIP!!!

You and others are hi-jacking too many threads and talking about the UKIP - let's talk aout music and leave politics for the nerds!!!!

Plain wrong - which is hardly surprising from a UKIP fan . The Public procurement provisions of EU law only apply if the public service is contracted out . This government decided to put far more health service work out to private competition -privatisation in all but name at which point the public procurement provisions apply.

The criticism is not directed at the fact that the public procurement regulations apply to privatisation but the privatisation itself .

You got it wrong, now get over it and stop bringing the UKIP and politics into music and general threads, it ruins discussion and puts people off.

There is a politics and current affairs section of the forum for that kind of thing.

No I am entirely correct on this - please direct me to the UK or EU law that requires governments to privatise public services ? No - quelle surprise it does not exist.

If you want to talk about politics, find a different forum, there are plenty out there, or find something that interests you on this forum's 'Politics & current affairs' thread and stop being so selfish in hijacking music and general interest threads.

You can PM me if you need educating on politics and I will try to help you - but other people shouldn't have to put up with this.

Best advice I have ever been given - use the ignore function for UKIP fans .

Another one is don't buy any Reginald Goodall records - life is too short for Wagner that takes that long
