    Exactly my thoughts, too....

Of course (to return to the original thread subject BUT hey, no problem if we start discussing cheese and/or Xenakis as well!) this is further evidence that far from being different the Kippers are as capable as the rest of the sorry bunch at playing word games.

      A "pledge" isn't a promise
They are "illegal combatants" and so on

I think Skrewdriver went through a similar phase, OH look all these folks come to our gigs and give Nazi salutes hummmm I wonder why?

Another UKIP candidate battling heroically against political correctness...
Kerry Smith, who has high hopes to win the seat of Basildon South in Essex, mocked gay people as “disgusting pooftahs”, referred to a woman with a Chinese name as a “chinky bird” and joked about the residents of Chigwell shooting “peasants” in a “hunt”.

        Luckily he can explain everything:
"I wish to issue a wholehearted and unreserved apology to those I have offended within the party and anyone else," he said after his were made public.
"For the record I was also on a strong morphine based prescription medication for a back injury."

Do I sense that Christmas is approaching? Even the Quantum Mechanics thread is becoming mirthful.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

These vile idiots are constantly having to make excuses for their racism, homophobia, xenophobia, and any other unpleasant behavioural trait!
And to prove they are idiots, they assume people will believe them!!!!!! PATHETIC!

The Mail on Sunday has this today:

The ‘rate an immigrant’ survey is part of a Ukip private survey of members aimed at helping the party draw up its policies. Sent last week by Ukip chairman Steve Crowther, it asks members to say ‘how close they feel’ to a number of groups. They include ‘Blacks, Asians, Muslims, English, Eastern Europeans and Whites’ as well as the four main political parties. Ukip activists are urged to rate each on a scale from 0 for ‘not close at all’ to 10 for ‘very close.’ - "Your responses will be invaluable in making sure we fulfil our promises over the coming years – and in government!"

Completing the survey gives respondents a chance to win cash prizes or a UKIP golf umbrella. Of course this is the Mail on Sunday rather than a proper news outlet, but it shouldn't be too hard to check whether this story is true.

I guess UKIP chairman Steve Crowther must be on some kind of racism-inducing medication as well.

I wonder if he obtained it on the NHS?

What on earth would anyone want to do with a UKIP golf umbrella (up with which we shall not putt)?...

Ah, well, there had to be an answer, did there not?! Mind you, we should be appropriately careful about saying poison tips around these parts, lest we risk an im-brolly-o...

Strange; I thought English & Eastern Europeans were mostly 'white'? (I'm not sure about Western Europeans, Scots, Irish & Welsh)
