Best kept for the weekend, surely?
The pork sounds nice though. Is it a vegan variety?I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I think it's only roast joints which are on the bone (or have had it removed) that are for Sundays. A tenderloin - or fillet of pork as we call it - is all right for a weekday. But cut into medallions it should last for more than one meal, however small it is
Pan fried salmon fillet, with purple sprouting and piri piri sauce. A banana and a clementine. A cup of herb tea (oat flower, lavender and limeflower). I didn't make the sauce - the Coop did - but I had to shake the bottle. It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
