I think they taste quite similar.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

      Blimey, on a wednesday?

Best kept for the weekend, surely?

The pork sounds nice though. Is it a vegan variety?

Was delicious. I'm the only one that can eat pork in my family, so I have it when it takes my fancy, not when British convention tells me to.

No Bruckner for me tonight. Off to the gym to burn off the Fry's Orange Cream and Picnic that I had for pudding with a cup of tea.

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Back from the gym - listening to R3 on Airport.

Actually, it was a TENDERLOIN! It was only 415g

I think it's only roast joints which are on the bone (or have had it removed) that are for Sundays. A tenderloin - or fillet of pork as we call it - is all right for a weekday. But cut into medallions it should last for more than one meal, however small it is

Pan fried salmon fillet, with purple sprouting and piri piri sauce. A banana and a clementine. A cup of herb tea (oat flower, lavender and limeflower). I didn't make the sauce - the Coop did - but I had to shake the bottle.

                                pickled egg with that?

(is it only in London that people order a pickled egg in a bag of Salt and Vinegar crisps? )
