Crikey Ams ..... I feel faint at the thought of it! The thought of the gold medallion obviously ....... it's probably part of the family jewels though?? Does he have the complete set?
OK, back on topic: Pasta. Again. So simple, just mushrooms, garlic, toms, courgettes, plenty of black pepper, topped with shavings of parmesan. Cannot get on with tofu/quorn, rather not try.

Gosh, His Master's Voice - I must obey - immediately! What can it be about - the cabbage called Hispii he had no idea was a Greyhound - or a Pointed Head - aka, a Common Brassica - He was served it in a chi-chi establishment and thought it was from the New World!
Poor Dab, his knowledge of vegetables is really poor.

I have cleared my inbox - you must resend this most important missive! But to be honest Ducks. I know everything about cabbage .....

Finally got yours -Gosh - how emarassing to conduct a love affair on line - will reply later!! When no-one is looking!
Meanwhile - quorn - if the idea is to add protein, why not add a couple of eggs to the yoghurt topping? I am against veg heads using substitutes instead of plain vegs and pulses, somehow defeats the purpose, manufactured veggie bacon in a sandwich? If they cannot survive without the ersartz taste of meat - they then are not true vegetarians
And, for vegs and cheese, I always use s multi-swivel speed peeler.

veggie meat substitutes tend to add a texture rather than anything like a meat taste.

A staging post on the road to ....er...somewhere....

veggie bacon is a truly pointless thing, TBF.

                            Onion and Celery soup.

Some nice smoked cheese to go with.

Might indulge in a sticky toffee pud (tesco frozen) and cream later.

                            Tunes : Mahler 8.

i am pretty new to M8, so am, as you see, combining it with a light meal in case issues such as yours rear their head.
