Gin

I do like a stiff G&T - with cucumber. I won't say which gin I use, as that would bring buckets of scorn down on my head (& I get quite enough of that from Simon) - I don't reach the rarified heights of some here (not having a deep enough pocket). I like Ben Shaw's tonic as a mixer, partly because it comes in handy little cans.

....Suppose I better not tell you I like a ice cold proper homemade Snowball then....delish....

Edit: Gin is gin really, isn't it?.....all tastes great with tonic, terrible on its own.......

I still recall with moist eyes a Martini I had in Grand Central Station, so dry as to suggest they had merely shown the bottle of Vermouth to the glass... <sigh>

Mrs Flay (being Scottish) has acquired a taste for their gins. In particular Caorunn, and Botanist (brewed by Bruichladdich on Islay).

Their aromas are so different - floral
