    Quite

I heard a rather confused thing on R4 yesterday morning where someone was saying that there had been some "infection" from horsemeat
I wouldn't expect cheapo burgers to contain 100% pure hand reared , gently massaged and lulled to sleep with classical music organic , biodynamically produced beef ..........

... as Giles Coren put it : "What on earth did you think they put in them? Prime cuts of delicious free-range, organic, rare breed, heritage beef, grass-fed, Eton-educated, humanely slaughtered, dry-aged and hand-ground by fairies with a pinch of pink Murray River salt and a twist of black pepper?"

Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.

On a serious note, I visited a supermarket today to do some pre snow panic buying. About every fifth word I heard was "horse ".
No shortage of onlookers in the freezer sections either.
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I am not a number, I am a free man.

A couple more doing the rounds at work today.

I went into Tesco cafe and was asked if I wanted anything on my burger,I said a fiver each way.

And the value burger crisis get's worse, they've found traces of zebra in the barcode.
