    The Tip Top is in fact UHR cream topping (80% cream) - I thought it was non-cream, but ah well never mind. The usual non-healthy supplements in it, you know, invert sugar syrup, glucose, flavourings, thickener, carrageenan (whatever that is, don't bother!), propellant gas, nitrous oxide, possible traces of soya. Hmm it's put me right off now! Maybe I should just stick to the Anchor Original. The thing is, stores store Tip Top on their open shelves, not in their coolers; but in any case all these pressurised creams definitely last much longer than tubs, which is why I get them. I cycle off all the calories.

              But, just now, looking on the Net, it says about Nestles Squirty Cream "Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 14 days" But then, you do cycle daily .....
              Maybe it's another thing I need to seek out in the supermarket? (I fear I may have to go in disguise when next shopping ....) Otherwise I may lose my street cred!

                      Not squirty, one just pours it, but diabetic coz likes stuff called ElmLea. Very sickly and full of strange things but she thinks it good and safe for her. Has anyone tried it?

                        I'm an addict and... no... I think it would turn to sludge on hot espresso. It would probably curdle into lumps or something. Iles flottantes au café... Non merci !

                            No, sorry saly, that's a new one on me. I don't really do sweet puddingy things.
                            I am custodian of Uncle Bill's journals from when he was a PoW in Stalag VIIA Moosburg (he was a Paratrooper captured Invasion of Sicily 1943, liberated 1945) I have his fantasy meals that he wrote in 1944 when the Red Cross parcels were drying up.
