Greene King's William Clarke Golden Ale is on draught in the pavilion at Trent Bridge throughout the Test (the beer being named after the Victorian Kerry Packer who founded the ground). Light, refreshingly bitter and amber coloured, ideal for the hot conditions. In bottles too. Golden ales are certainly in vogue and winning over non-bitter drinkers.Comment

It's OK, though I prefer the Badger ones - particularly the ones they had a few years ago - wasn't one Golden Champion?
