I'm thinking of getting a cheese safe so that I can keep my cheese outside the back door. Is that what everyone else does or do you keep it in the fridge?

For me, Wagner is always wheatbeer.
Anyone tried the Icelandic Einstok white beer (astonishingly pure-tasting and clean - like a hoegaarden one hundred times crisper)?

I had a lovely pint earlier this week: a pint of XT Dark Roast http://www.xtbrewing.com/beers.html (scroll down to No. 8)
More of a winter pint, this - very dark (think Theakston's Old Peculiar), a nice head, and lots of chocolate and, er, roastiness. Gorgeous. It loved to happen. -- Marcus Aurelius
