        We are currently making bread but with slight variations in the recipe each day. Inconclusive so far, but some days we get bread which is easier to cut, and other days it is too spongy. The taste is mostly similar, though the recipe is simple, and we’re not making fancy ones at the moment. The method should be similar for each batch, as we are using a bread machine, though we don’t always do that.

          Bara Brith. Well, at least the one that M&S produced albeit, and sadly, briefly. I think that they got their costings wrong (and which is why it was pulled) as it was absolutely jam-packed with all the dried fruits, mixed peel...ie all the delicious but expensive goodies.
          Fewer Smart things. More smart people.
