Spotting the Quince thread I wonder if we should have a cheese thread to go with it. I couldn't find one, so here goes.
Recently had some Roquefort bought in France, but more recently some Montagnolo bought in Snaisburgs. Very pleasant with a soft creamy texture. Recommended!
OK - I gave up on deleting THIS thread which I'd wanted to do as some errors in the initial posting, and it looks as though the wrong thread/post did get deleted, so it's easier to fix the problems (some of them) in this first post in this thread. That might make some of the later posts until things get settled down look odd, but heh, hard cheese!
