Click on image. A list of options should come up on the right. Choose BBCode (message boards & forums) (click on the blue square to the right that says "Copy", paste into your post). If you think it's too big, choose from the range of options is available at the bottom of the page - e.g big square, small square, thumbnail, etc., before you click on "Copy".
But nope! I can't get the list of options (e.g. url for a message board) doesn't come up any more. Clicking on the image just makes it bigger or smaller. I give up. Pity one cannot just copy and paste a pic on the Forum.

I went to the url and right clicked on the image, clicked on 'Copy Image Location' (in Firefox), then in the forum message entry box clicked on the image icon (next to the film icon), clicked 'From URL', pasted into the box, removed the tick from the box labelled 'Retrieve remote file and reference locally', then clicked on OK - simple
