Her name is Bella. She is a little Shi-Tzu (Oh yes...but what breed is she?) and she's six weeks old. Zach (our 15-year-old Yorkie) tolerates her quite well.

Just seen this thread! The two white beasties depicted are both fabulous...! An almost supernaturally beautiful cat and an insanely cute pup (is it just me, or does she have a dash of guinea-pig about her?! )

At very first glance I thought Bella was a guinea-pig* but then I noticed her forward-facing eyes - very cute. I hope that Zach is getting extra treats for being good

*just noticed Caliban's post - we agree

She is, it seems, a guinea-pup.

(Zach has never wanted for treats.)

Some friends once had a Shi-Tzu, though it was quite an old dog and didnt look much like the photo in #6. It had so much hair all over that it was quite hard to tell which end was which. They used to claim that it could tell stork from butter. This is because when you shouted Stork! it thought you'd said Walk! and jumped up and down excitedly, but when you said Butter! it didnt react.

Here is Eppie, (named after the heroine in Silas Marner). As you can see she likes lolling around on bean bags. She also enjoys cookery and hunting.......

For the usual fee, I dare say

Bbm I had a pint of Spitfire today - whatever the pleasures of "abroad", some home comforts never fail to delight...

she prefers crafts, and early music.

(and what has happened to BBMs, typing, its gone to pot......)?
