Wonderful dogs, Rob. Hope they like Vaughan Williams!

It's worked out perfectly Anna but wasn't planned that way.
We got the phone call mid morning today to say they were coming into the centre.
The previous owner is quite elderly and now too ill to exercise them,so sad,and he wanted them to be rehomed together.
      They are not related Ams.
Both dogs are overweight so a diet and excercise plan is in order.

Lovely picture at bedtime, what a whole lotta love they'll give you, Rob!
It's lovely to just say it...

"...chocolate labrador..." smooth, warm, dark and chunky...
            Maybe Lindt could be persuaded...

Great to see your new faithful friends, ER.

Looks like you are in for a lovely , lively time !!

Personally, i'd start them on some songs or the string quartets, rather than launching into the Sea Symphony too soon, but you are the dog and RVW expert !!

have a great week getting to know them.

Good luck with the dogs Rob.

I've seen many pix of Elgar with his dogs but have never heard of RVW having a love of animals.

Another thread perhaps Musicians and their animals/pets ?

oh yes Ams, she has eyes to die for !!
The other one is harder to catch standing still !!

Incidentally, black cats are harder to find homes for because they aren't very photogenic.

Do people really choose cats so they can take pix of them?

                              Great photo ts.
Poor old Harry was frightened to death of cats (seriously).
My new best friends are the complete opposite.

                                Pets corner!!!

This is the place to talk about post photos of and anything else about your pets, whatever they are!!

We have a cat, as a lot of you know that has become quite greedy of late, but I think it's probably time for his worming tablet, the poor mog!!
