            Looks like a yougish Malcolm Arnold, if you mean "horn player" in a general, rather than specific sense, Beef. Arnold played the trumpet.

                  Not Arnold, but he is British.

                  He was a composer, but he was also very good on the ol' French horn, apparently.

                  Another clue is that the initial letter of his first name is 'E' (and it's not Elgar!).
