That was one of my thoughts, but it turns out Poulenc didn't attend the 1958 festival when Les mamelles was performed. I'm still wondering if it's Paul Sacher.

I don't know why we're assuming that third person is anyone particularly 'famous'. It isn't a posed photo - perhaps he's the assistant stage manager or piano tuner.
