    CBH pictured in Saturday's Torygraph

Someone thrust Saturday's Telegraph into my hand, opened at page 5. It was not the glamorous picture of CBH clutching violin outside the RAH which they thought would interest me. It was the contents of the adjoining article, "This is a Classic case of copying claims rival after changes at Radio 3".

I expect everyone knows about this already, but Classic FM are complaining to the Commons culture media and sport committee that their territory is being poached by the changes at R3.

The article is not brilliantly put together, but rehearses all the stuff we've been banging on about recently. Just glad it's made half-a-page in a major newspaper, albeit one I don't usually read.

Sorry amateur. Didn't know you could get newsprint online. How do they sell any papers? Or indeed bother trying?

Er...just clicked on the link. It's not the same headline; the article is differently worded, and where's the CBH picture (which the Torygraph naughtily printed as if she were somehow responsible for everything)?

... which is the way R3 likes us to think of its presenters - more important than the composers, their music or the performers.

I presume it's Clemency Burton Hill.

Oh. I presumed it was a shortened version of a work by Liszt - and lots of other composers.

                          Wouldn't that be CB-H?

Interesting that the British Naturists are also flagging up their submission (comments section). More nudism on Radio 3, please!

CB-H seems to be the 'face of Radio 3' much in the way that Andy Kershaw once was. Strange that.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
