    How to Draw a Star.

This geometric drawing can be made by drawing a four-inch circle. Draw the horizontal and vertical diameter ab and cd. Mark the point of intersection e. Bisect eb and mark the point of intersection f. With f as a centre, and cf as a radius, describe an arc cutting ae. Mark the point of intersection g. With gc as a radius and c as a centre, describe two arcs cutting the circumference at h and j. With h and j as centres and the same radius, describe arcs cutting the circumference at k and l. Form a star by connecting c and l, c and k, h and k, l and j, and h and j.

It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
