Whenever I see a respected actor in a panto I'm always tempted to shout "it's beneath you".

you obviously get classy Pantos in Cheshire. No surprise really !

Indeed Mary, the Brothers Grimm did not name them. Disney has a lot to answer for! (In particular Winnie the Pooh!) In 1912 the dwarfs were Blick, Flick, Glick, Plick, Quee, Snick and Whick.

But, to get back on topic, for nominations, if there is to be a Mystical Wizard or a Genie, I vote for eightobstruction. And, Jayne Lee Wilson to be Principal Boy. (Edit: Because she likes thigh-high boots and fashion)

Are you kidding? The role of Principal Boy fits me as perfectly as Oscar Wilde did Stephen Fry! DEFINITELY got the legs for it . As for the boots...there's part of the wardrobe already paid for... I have two pairs of OTKs, I spend the winter in them, but one only gets worn when the other needs repairing.

Haven't worn hotpants for a while, but I could try cutting down on the pasta and valpolicella...

I have a Vanity Case with "Puss-in-Boots" on it too...
