    Site appearance

Has something happened to this site recently? I see lots of blue and white dots mixed in with the red borders. I wonder why.

Is it just this site? If you're describing what I think you are, that usually happens when colour depth is set too low on your browser/desktop environment/graphics card. That is, it sounds like what happens when your browser/a site itself is mandating VGA colours rather than 16/32 bit. Something like that...

            Summat up your end chief...
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
            Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
