    Colours that Disturb the Performer

In the LNOP thread, someone had put a quote in from Mitsuko Uchida, saying about a woman that was wearing a red dress and jangling some jewellery.

Now it occurred to then, what colours be awful to wear at a concert that may irritate a performer?

Can't think of anything necessarily awful and irritating bbm but it strikes me that turquoise might be rather appropriate for Mozart's piano sonata K331!

    Turquoise...?
I keep hitting the Escape key, but I'm still here!

I would have thought that wearing red, white and blue, possibly on the face also, and madly waving a union jack all evening, might disturb performers, but it seems to make very litttle difference.

I suppose it depends on how intimate the venue is. I wouldn't have thought it would make much difference in, say, the RAH.
