There are people reading this who have objections to anything involving Sky or its owners. I suggest they stop here and go back to read threads on sexuality or sporting activities.
To those remaining, I thought it worth bringing down fire and brimstone on myself to draw attention to Sir Donald Sinden's current series on London Theatres. Each programme lasts an hour and discusses the history of a different theatre each week, including interviews with some theatricals who have worked there - and sometimes film of those no longer alive. I have learned a great deal - and Sir Donald is a wonderfully OTT guide. Anyone with an interest in the theatre - and a lack of prejudice - would certainly enjoy it. I will not give links - those who might be interested know where to look.
