Have a good weekend. Saints have a board Derby at Selhurst, wonder if Gurney will be there?
In spirit. We're going to a matinee of Little Eyolf the Almeida. We saw last year's match at Christmas time which Saints won starting with Mané rather easily getting through our offside trap. I should think the teams are better matched this season.

Saints fans are pretty pessimistic with our poor recent form, and Palace's excellent season.

Owls have a top 6 6 pointer with Cardiff. OK I know it's only private grief - but it's my private grief!

Going by the English PL season form so far this season, ts, that looks like a shoo-in for the Southern Sainties.
We're up against the mighty Dumbarton this afternoon. Come on the Buddies and good luck to most of the Board teams this afternoon.

              Football Pink.

Palace 1 Saints 0. a well deserved and predictable win for Palace. Saints face spuds and Arsenal next.

Cardiff 2 Wednesday 2. Good point for the Owls in the 6 pointer.

Derby 2 Brighton 2. Fine form continues.

              Wimbledon 1 Stevenage 2.

              Hartlepool lost. A lot.

Gas 2 York 1. also fairly predictable in this board derby.

Corby 0 Stockport 4. Should make ER a happy bunny.

              Hereford 2 Brocton 0. ( final score I think)

Cheltenham 3 Clarets 1. out of the trophy.

Truro 2 Cirencester 2. replay needed.

              AFCB play united at 5.30
Leicester play Monday, Liverpool and Newcastle and Cov play tomorrow.

Don’t think Wrexham were playing, maybe out of the trophy already ?

Inverness CT 2 Kilmarnock 1. sort of game you need to win.

Dumbarton 1 St Mirren 0. what a tough season it is for the Buddies.

              Dundee Utd 0 Partick 1.

I’ve probably missed somebody out, so apologies if I have.
I'm sticking to music for now.

Well done from the subs bench, ts - given our position at the break, a point gained by the Owls. Saints seem to be in a fallow patch currently.

                    Update.
                    Boscombe 2 united 1.

excellent display from bompey, united looked very poor in the last half hour.

Buddies now a manager-free zone! Predictable - thanks as ever Rob - hoping for a bit seasonal cheer soon...otherwise the trapdoor opens ever wider.

Another cracking result for the Cherries. Wishing we could play *all* our matches at 5:30pm on a Saturday... ;)

As shown on MoD Palace did appear to be all over Saints with Bolasie rampant and Cabaye in charge. Although Saints did have a couple of good chances well saved by Hennessey Koeman was surely deluded to believe that they deserved a point.
