A very nice delivery too Sainty. Wonderful playing from the orchestra on that disc.

Some very intriguing fixtures this weekend as the tables start to take more meaningful shape.

Big forum game of the weekend is obviously Stockport v Stalybridge.
This Cheshire derby will not be pretty (especially off the pitch).
      Hopefully I'll get home unscathed.
Good luck to all our teams.

          Thanks Rob.

          Minstermen still very disappointing.

Ground move - which I'm not at all keen on - now delayed from Aug 2016 to Dec 2016.

Downright peculiar day in the Premiership - and Arsenal very ordinary.

Fantasy Football performance likely to be my worst ever without loss of transfer points.

We're trundling along at the rear end of the bottom of the Scottish Championship...I wonder if our players are wakened up yet. I fear they may have!

I thought Pardew handled the post-match interview very well. Very gracious!

We were driving up the M4 to go to the Proms listening to Palace/Chelsea on Five Live. Around Maidenhead I uttered a loud yelp of delight at the final whistle. A very animated Sakari Oramo inspired all involved (a lot of them) to a most exhilarating Kullervo, which neither of us had known that well previously and a great day concluded with a swift pint of Harviestoun's Bitter and Twisted in the Queen's Arms, which was the only alcoholic indulgence before retreating to N Wilts to be in bed before midnight - so no hangover.

Sounds the perfect day for Gurnemanz. I have always liked Alan Pardew and am so pleased how things are going for him right now. My beloved Foxes will struggle against Palace I fear!

I was hoping things would turn for our johncorrigan this season.

                    Well done Sainty.

                        .....just swanning around the PL.....

Saints looked a bit more like a proper team yesterday, even before the sending off. Some decent football, played with some style.
Romeu looks a bit of a steal at £5m.
wanyama is sulking, because he only earns £40k a week and wants to play for the north london yobbos.

Congratulations to Wales for moving up to 9th in the world rankings. The team really is on a roll.

However, I do fail to understand the way these statistics are arrived at. England has slipped to 10th, having won all 6 of their European Championship qualifiers; Wales have won 4 and drawn 2.
Belgium is below Wales in their group, but has a staggeringly high ranking.

Is this Sepp Blatter at work again?
