You'll also remember when they were crud - late 60s/early 70s! Bet you didn't rate Ferguson in his first season!
Don't mock the fallen giants they might just come back to bite you - eg Leicester 5 Man U 3

I remember very well when United were a tad off-colour.
I rated Ferguson from day one (to this day I am patient with managers, even Moyes - LVG will be fine).
I am too young to recall Wednesday as giants (but I do remember I had quite a few swaps for my cards, but few takers!).

And while its on my mind, how kind we were to let united have Danny Wallace to help them win SAFs first trophy, and save his skin.......
And my favourite united crowd chant ever....when a black cat ran onto the pitch at OT
" one Danny Wallace, there's only one Danny Wallace"....I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

Hirsty was good for us in his 30 odd games. He was a bit unlucky to be around at the same time as Shearer , re England caps, I would think.
but usually injured, of course.I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
