I think Mourinho has lost interest in the Premiership & with his team ravaged by injuries will try and keep his best players fit for the Champions League mid-week. What might have been a crunch game should be a walk in the park for Liverpool.

A few important games this weekend, Hereford probably playing their last game in the Conference for a while, Bristol Rovers fighting to stay in the League....

Ah, aeolium, you are in danger of falling victim to the mesmeric powers and mind games of 'o especial'! He still reckons he can win this!!!

Coventry City 1 Wolves 1. Forum derby,a point that keeps Cov in the division and gives the champions 100 points.

Thanks for the great round-up Rob...lot of Board teams in the late teens at the wrong time of the season, I notice.

Before tomorrow's Hearts/Hibs derby, here's how things stand:
Hearts are 12th and doomed already so the scrap is between the other 5 in the bottom 6 to try to avoid the dreaded play-off place...I have no doubt that Hearts would love to take Hibs with them...and I wouldn't mind either:
            11th Killie P35 GD -18 pts 33 - 3 to go
            10th Jags P35 GD -20 pts 34 - 3 to go
            9th Staggies P35 GD -19 pts 34 - 3 to go
            8th Hibs P34 GD -17 pts 34 - 4 to go
            7th Buddies P35 GD -19 pts 35 - 3 to go

Tighter than something rude that is always recognised as being tight...shouting for the Jambos tomorrow...and there's not many times I've done that in my life.

Thanks ER for a fab roundup. Also to JC for the Brilliant new Scottish roundup........an insiders view on an unintelligible system

Lets hope things continue to go well for the board strugglers. Great win for the Gas heads today.

I hope so too. But if Chelsea were to win, it would herald a very exciting end to the season.

Yes, ER, and the results coming out right for a change. Bristol Rovers are not yet safe but odds are in their favour now. I thought Hereford were doomed after their recent loss and Chester's unexpected win a few days ago but those last few minutes today pulled them back from the abyss.

A bit of a shame for Fulham today, who I still think of as a forum team as the late Simon Howard (aka Julien Sorel/Arcades) was a keen supporter.

                    Thanks for the round-up.

Thanks for that ts...the season's finale is a mercurial place where mathematics and footie intersect; and I don't mean just as a game of two halves (or should that be halfs?).

I thought I'd have a look-in at this thread about Association Football (note the capitalisation) because I see that Southampton ("The Saints") have done quite well this season. Their following must be so wide that I don't know how The Dell manages to fit them in! Ted Bates must be chuffed! I presume Terry Paine has led the resurgence, but there must have been some new blood. How has that new boy Chivers done?

I just haven't had time to follow the game in the past few years.

You'll be pleased to see that Accrington Stanley are still in the League, Pabmusic

Inverness in for another hiding today, I fear....

ah, always great to see one of the old Chandlers Ford " Mob" back in town...the Milton just isn't the same with just the Warrens, the Millbrook lads etc.

Well things have changed a bit since the old Bates team started to break up.
Sydenham went off to run his Builders Merchants, Chivers did well for himself in the jam business, whilst Paine went back to his old political philosophy stamping ground.

New blood? Well, not to late to see the best of Adam the LLama and Ricky "Goal Machine" Lambert , coming soon to a world cup near you. Just a short hop (?!) on the plane from your neck of the woods, Pabs !!
