I was due to go to the game with my son and some friends but a recent operation ensured that I had to let my ticket go. Probably as well owing to the terrible performance from United. The Fergie factor is missing and I reckon this was worth a couple of goals at home and maybe one goal away.

And you would have thought that Utd v Spurs would be a great game, with us coming away with the three points

So with the catering,the singing,the shower of ##### on the pitch and these two fellas, a trip to EP is now offensive to 4 of the 5 senses.

Dreadfully sad to seeing the passing of the great Eusebio - what a player! I suppose one of the great memories of him is that classic North Korea - Portugal 3-5 game in 1966; but alongside Pele, for me, he also represented a really important international image of the game in the 60s. A hero.
