Thanks for the good wishes re Palace. We have to wait till Monday week (Bank Holiday) not tomorrow for the big day.
In order to confuse the unwary, Crystal Palace is of course not at Crystal Palace but at Selhurst.
but going to selhust station is a mistake, IIRC ?!

Selhurst Park is about equidistant from either Selhurst, Norwood Junction or Thornton Heath stations. Just don't go to Crystal Palace station.

Yep looking forward to a re-visit to Maryhill next season, scotty. Wonder if we'll be playing the Jam Tarts next season.

Sorry about my confusion re the sixty million euro game next Monday - I thought all the footie kickers needed to get onto the promenade at Brighton and assumed it was this weekend - silly me. So, will there be dancing on the streets of Crystal next Monday night?

Having failed to deter Crystal Palace by the stylish tactic of putting excrement in their changing room before the big match, Brighton then omitted to actually score any goals in their futile attempt to get the better of us. Small wonder that the Club seems to be declining into a crisis of internal bickering reminiscent of the current Tory party.

I don't particularly want to have a go about BHA, with another board member being a fan (or local at least) but when we were challenging with them at the top of L1 , the attitude from Brighton , from the manager to the fans was extremely hostile to Saints, sadly.
This seemed to be based on one rather misjudged comment from Nigel Adkins, and rather unneccesarily soured relations.
The particularly hostile reception when we played at the Withdean also backfired on Brighton on that occasion........

Its always rather futile on these occaisions. Nothing is achieved. So why do fans bother at all. Sheer stupidity.
