Wins, rather than avoiding defeat, are the secret I suppose, cloughie.

I think it's a good thing that winning is properly rewarded and teams that draw a lot can find themselves struggling: it encourages an attacking not a defensive approach. Under my proposed "no points for a 0-0 draw" scheme, Sheff Wed might be even worse off. Southampton don't seem to have much trouble scoring most games - it's just that the other team often scores more....

I have a football signed by the Hearts team when Lambert was playing there.

What a stupid thing to do - kicking (or at least physically tussling with) the ball-boy.

Having said that, I think the 17-year old in question should be demoted to some task that ensures that he is no longer involved with actual games.
