Can't say I like the "gold" kit, but with 1 defeat in 12 I would have kept it !!I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I can remember some truly wonderful goals more memorable than any of these. Goals scored by George Best and Jimmy Johnstone most definitely. That is not to decry Ibrahimovic's effort, of course not, but I don't think it was just false modesty when he himself confessed it was 50% skill, 50% luck. That's how I saw it even before he commented.
We all have our own opinions on what constitutes a great goal. The one I highlighted scored by Ramires was an absolute gem, imo, because everyone could see what the player intended and he executed it to utter perfection.
My hunch about the Ibrahimovic is that it was a superbly executed overhead kick which happened to end up in the net ... only the player really knows, and he has already given his very own verdict!

Carlos Alberto's goal for Brazil in the 1970 World Cup final tops my list.
This one wasn't bad either ....
Both of these and many others ( George Best , Matt L T , Ronnie Radford etc ) better than the jammy effort from Zlatan " doesn't do auditions " Ibrah.

That was a cracking shot from Sheva - don't remember seeing that one before. Mind you, you would be hard pushed to find anything similar from his Chelsea days !

It IS the most sublime moment, goal or not.
One of my favourite goals is still the Justin Fashanu norwich goal of the season winner. Don't know why..perhaps just a the beautiful balance.I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
