Yup, they have been the best team. Mind you, you could feed a medium sized country on what they have spent, but they deserve it the title.

I thought I had seen the most dramatic end to a title race in 1989 when Arsenal beat Liverpool with the last kick of the game. That was when we lost it by one on goal difference.
