Is that Refs today, just don't want the hassle of proceeding with the red card or yellow?

Ditto, we're in the superblip category, clinging to 6th place, with 4pts from the last 15.

No games in hand to Ayr, who are four points better off, Rob. Nine games left - Saints need to get past at least one team to avoid automatic drop to League 1 (). We need to get past two teams to avoid having to compete for a play-off place for the wrong to play in League 1.

As an aside a guy called Eric phoned Danny Baker yesterday morning - he supports the Saints but lives in the Borders. He said that he had not seen the Buddies win in the last 50 matches he has attended and he was going along yesterday. He phoned DB to get advice on how to break his hoodoo. It would seem that an account has been opened by Saint Mirren fans to persuade him not to attend games. I assume he was there yesterday...looks like it's 51 now...at least we got a draw.

Thanks for that accolade Rob, yes, all smiles here in SW19 :-) Not that the result counted, in the sense that some people didn't go on principle, playing a "team" that isn't legit isn't a real match. On the other hand, we won, so hey, it can count!

Glad that there doesn't appear to have been any trouble, our fans have won good behaviour awards in the past but you couldn't blame them if they got upset about having to entertain the club-stealers on home turf (this was the first time we played them at home). Sounds like the Dons fans gave it their all in terms of vocal support, not much response from the Franny fans and even less from their players.

I didn't go, wouldn't have gone on principle even had I been able to get a ticket. Whatever the result, the moral victory would have been ours, but 2 - 0 makes it very sweet. I'm up in the Fylde this weekend for the Fleetwood game, and looking forward to a debrief on the Frannies from my mates.

                                Thanks John.

Amazing how not only our performances but our luck have reverted to last year since the managerial change.

Do we win any cash for getting through?

Now we need an away point or three in the league starting at the London Stadium on Saturday.

                                I'm going.
